"How does it feel to have failed 10,000 times?" 

This was a question that was asked of Thomas Edison, as he worked to invent the lightbulb, to which he simply replied...

"I didn't fail, I just found out 10,000 ways that won't work."

Obviously, he eventually figured it out...and even though this may not be the exact quote, it's an important one...

​

Have I failed? I have made promises I couldn't keep, I hurt people, I have lied, stolen, cheated and said horrible things that I wish I could take back...

I'm definitely not perfect, but I didn't FAIL...I just discovered a number of ways that DON'T WORK.

​

Now, while I haven't invented something so important as a light bulb, I have learned enough to know how to build my own. Failures are not what define you but they are what DRIVE YOU! The difference is to see those "failures" as growth opportunities that are only disguised as something terrible.

​

Throughout my 40-something years on this Earth I have gone through ups, downs, heartbreaks, tragedies, happy moments, bad moments, and even worse moments...but I wouldn't change a single thing. Every one of those moments is what brought me RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW.

​

In this journey, so far, it has lead me to become a reiki master, a meditation teacher, a yoga teacher and a life and wellness coach. Each one of those modalities entered my life because it created an awareness in me like no other. I didn't set out to be a teacher or a coach in ANYTHING...I just wanted more and more what each one had to offer...so I went deeper.

This would be my second favorite quote...This, to me, sums up why we are ALL here on the earth...to be of service.

​

So here I am...simply wanting to share all I have grown to learn. There is a purpose in my journey just as there is a purpose in YOURS.

​

I will NEVER know what is best for you but I DO KNOW that sometimes the journey is more rewarding when you can accept ALL of it for exactly what it is...

​

Every morning I recite an important affirmation -  "I am whole, I am complete...I am exactly where I need to be and I have everything I need".

​

NO MATTER where you are in this journey you are ALWAYS right where you need to be and YOU ARE EVERYTHING you need to be...even if we don't physically feel that way.

​

Life is a journey, it's a ride, it's an adventure! It takes us up and down, left and right, through windy roads, dark tunnels and stormy weather. The road can be rough and bumpy but do we pull over? Give up? Drive back home without ever experiencing that destination we set out for?

NO ONE can experience your journey and NO ONE can live your life....that's always up to you, and YOU alone.

So then why me?

I will shine light onto areas of your life and you will see familiar landscapes with BRAND NEW eyes. I will be there every step of the way and I will be there when you realize one of life's greatest truths...
